Adding some things, crossing others out.  The original list (05/24/09):

• Forum Software (bbPress)
• Figuring out that “welcome” box in upper right hand corner of screen.
• Getting the word out.
• Figuring out adding individual (non-blog pages) of content.
• Mobile Phone/iPhone plugin support.
• Google Analytics plugin.

And some new stuff (05/25/09):

• Straighten out forum theme errors, forum small text, and forum registration bad URL.
• Install WP Wiki plugin.
• Create “Radio” page.
• Better video linking support (for sites that are NOT YouTube, like GameTrailers and stuff).
• Completely re-do SquareAMP Radio to include album art, new songs, full track information.  Add some non-Square tracks (mainly Zelda stuff, Dragon Quest stuff).

More stuff  (05/26/09):

• Got to get custom logo for “Buddy Bar” at top.
• Got to get custom icon for SquareAMP Mobile home page.
• Got to get custom logo to replace “social network” icon in the social area of the side (members area, messaging, wire, profile).

Another day, more ideas (05/27/09):

• Figure out the Full Post vs Excerpt thing (”join us behind the jump”).

Suggest something and I may just add it to the list.
